What is Web Designing? “In-depth Analysis”
Web Design refers to the design of websites that are displayed online. A web designer works on the look, layout, and, in some cases, the content of a website. Appearance, for example, is related to the colors, fonts, and images used. Editing refers to how information is organized and categorized.
Types of Website Designs
While you may come across online articles about a wide range of website design styles (consistent, dry, liquid, etc.), in today’s mobile world, there are only two ways to build a website properly: flexible and responsive websites.
The best part is that with today’s design tools, you don’t need to know how to code to build the best looking websites on all devices.
A good and bad understanding of flexible and responsive websites will help you decide what is best for you.
Flexible or Adaptive Websites
Flexible web design uses two or more types of websites designed for a variety of screen sizes. Stable websites can be divided into two main categories depending on how the site determines which “version” needs to be displayed.
Based on device type:
When your browser (aka client) connects to the website, the HTTP request will enter a field called a “user-agent” that notifies the server of the type of device trying to view the page.
Basically, this means that the site knows which type to display (eg desktop or mobile phone). The only problem with this method is that if you minimize the browser window to desktop, the page will not match because it continues to show the full “desktop version”.
Based on browser width:
Instead of using a “user-agent”, the website uses media queries and breaks to switch between versions. So instead of having desktop, tablet, and mobile versions, you will have 1080px, 768px, and 480px width. In addition to providing more flexibility in design, this method offers a more “responsive” look when changing your browser size on the big screen.
Responsive Websites
Responsive websites use a combination of flexible grids (depending on the percentage) with downtime (using media queries) to create a custom look for all screen sizes. Unlike flexible sites that only get used to cracks, responsive websites are constantly changing depending on screen size.

Web Designers must be aware that the modern design of the website goes back to a minimum with a white space atmosphere, as in print magazines. Like natural currents, white space helps move visitors through your site pages, flowing from one object to another and creating a dominant position where nothing disturbs everything. Hope this article and knowledge will be helpful in creating the best web designs.
